YOUR WEDDING EXPERIENCE WITH VALENTIN
Booking & Contract
Since your booking is confirmed you got access to this private client area with further details: your individual pinterest-moodboard, a personal questionnaire, and all steps of the process. Please complete the questionnaire before our pre-wedding meeting.
Months Prior to Your Wedding
In the months leading up to your day, feel free to stay in touch. Whether it’s a casual email, Pinterest mood board, or a creative question – I’m here for it. If you have ideas or visual inspiration, I’d love to see them. You can also reach out any time with questions about lighting, timing, or anything photo-related.
Pre-Wedding Meeting
Meeting before your wedding is an essential part of the process. We’ll walk through your timeline, discuss any questions, and review your preferences. This typically takes place about two to four weeks before your wedding.
THE WEDDING DAY
From start to finish, I’ll be there to document your day as it unfolds – unobtrusively and with attention to every important moment. You can focus fully on enjoying your celebration while I capture the story with authenticity and artistry.
Sneak Preview
Within 72 hours after your wedding, you’ll receive a small online gallery with some highlight images – just enough to relive the magic right away.
Online Gallery
Your full gallery will be ready about 4 to 8 weeks after the wedding. All images will be carefully selected and edited in my signature style..
Wedding Album
Once you’ve received your full gallery, you have the option to book a custom wedding album. (More info here) You’ll be able to choose around 80–120 favorite images, which I’ll use to create a personalized layout. After reviewing and approving the digital proof, the album will go into production.
Highlight Film (if booked)
The highlight video will be delivered approximately 3 months after your wedding – the perfect way to relive the emotions and energy of the day all over again.
